Can I use the edited footage in my professional portfolio?
Yes, our standard license allows you to use your edited version of the footage in your personal demo reel or portfolio to showcase your skills to potential employers.
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the footage has been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.
Are the footage files compatible with my editing software?
Our footage is provided in industry-standard formats compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer.
Is there a limit to how many times I can download my files?
Your download links remain active for 30 days. We recommend backing up your files to a local drive or cloud storage immediately after downloading.
